Fire Rating Maximum capacity within Diebold Hall is 250 people.

Wedding receptions require different amount of space in comparison to a quincenara or a anniversary party. Tables and chairs usage reduces this number considerably. We have found the following numbers are good guidelines.

Event Facility without a formal meal

  • You may not need a chair for every person.
  • Less chairs creates an atmosphere where the guest mingle more.
  • The facility will accommodate 250 people in such a situation

Event Facility with dancing or a formal meal

  • Space must be allocated for the dj or band and a dance floor
  • Use the dance floor for serving tables then move them when the dancing begins
  • Plan on a capacity of 150-175 people for such an event.

Outside Events

  • On a nice day – use the outside area for overflow
  • Our bucolic grounds and patio are very relaxing
  • Tent rentals are another choice
